Key Responsibilities:

Strategy, Innovation & Growth:Develop, execute, and manage a comprehensive digital marketing strategy focused on driving Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and sales pipeline growth.Champion "out-of-the-box" campaigns and innovative digital strategies to promote our software and services in unique and compelling ways.

Lead and manage a small team of digital marketing specialists, providing mentorship, setting performance goals, and ensuring cross-channel alignment.

Own and optimize the entire digital advertising budget, ensuring strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) targets are met.

Core Channel Ownership:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Maintain a strong grip on technical and content SEO, driving organic visibility, managing keyword strategy, and overseeing continuous site optimization.

Social Media & Content Promotion: Develop and execute strategies across primary platforms (especially LinkedIn) to build brand authority, drive traffic, and generate leads. Paid Media (PPC/Paid Social): Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of all paid search and paid social campaigns. Email Marketing (Crucial):

Own the end-to-end email marketing strategy (lifecycle, nurture, retention, and campaign-specific), focusing on segmentation, personalization, and maximizing conversion rates from the database.

Partnership & Affiliate Management:

Partnership Campaigns:

Strategize and execute co-marketing campaigns, webinars, and content collaborations with strategic industry partners to tap into new audiences. Affiliate Marketing: Establish, launch, and manage an effective affiliate marketing program, including recruiting affiliates, setting commission structures, and driving revenue through these channels. Analytics & Compliance:

Establish, monitor, and report on key digital marketing KPIs (Traffic, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and Channel Performance) using Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, and other reporting tools.Own the end-to-end tracking of marketing activity and ensure all digital activities are fully compliant with global privacy regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years dedicated to a B2B SaaS company.

Strong command and proven success in scaling campaigns across all major digital channels:

SEO, paid media, social media, and email marketing. Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring direct reports or cross-functional marketing teams.
