Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. This role involves managing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and analysing market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company goals and brand positioning.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Support the marketing manager in developing annual marketing plans and budgets.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate advertising, PR, and promotional activities (social media, email, events, print, etc.).
  • Evaluate campaign performance and prepare reports with ROI analysis.
  • Create, edit, and oversee marketing content such as brochures, newsletters, website copy, and social media posts.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate with design teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Manage social media platforms and develop engaging online content.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM strategies and online advertising initiatives.
  • Analyse web traffic metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Organize and attend promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Build relationships with media, vendors, and business partners.
  • Track marketing performance metrics (leads, conversions, traffic, etc.).
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Prepare regular reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles.
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media management is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, CRM systems).
  • Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years

Salary offer: Starting ₹20000 + Incentives
