We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Executive of Marketing to join our esteemed Animation Academy. As the Marketing Executive, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, responsible for promoting our academy's animation courses, attracting aspiring animators, and driving enrollment. Your creative mindset, strong organizational skills, and passion for animation will be crucial in contributing to the academy's success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team and the Marketing Manager to develop comprehensive marketing strategies for the animation academy. This includes identifying target audiences, crafting messaging, and outlining promotional tactics to enhance brand visibility.
· Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
· Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and compelling marketing content for various platforms, such as website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials. Ensure the content aligns with the academy's brand voice and resonates with the animation community.
· Events and Workshops: Plan and coordinate marketing events, workshops, and webinars to showcase the academy's programs and attract potential students. Collaborate with instructors and other team members to create impactful event experiences.
· Partnerships and Alliances: Explore and establish partnerships with relevant industry organizations, schools, and influencers to expand the academy's reach and build brand credibility.
· Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and industry demands. Utilize this data to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
· Lead Generation and Conversion: Manage lead generation campaigns (both online and offline) to attract potential students. Implement strategies to convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and follow-up.
· Budget Management: Monitor the organic and Digital marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to achieve maximum returns on investment.
· Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing and social media campaigns' performance, analyzing key metrics and providing insights for improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
