POSITION SUMMARY


The Marketing Executive plays a central role in shaping the hotel’s brand presence across social, digital and offline touchpoints. This role blends creativity with analytical thinking: the ideal candidate is a strong content creator and designer who also possesses hospitality acumen, understands operational realities, and can support the team with reporting, analytics, and campaign management.



This role is ideal for a creative, committed, detail-oriented professional who wants to grow into a senior marketing position.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Creative Development
  • Produce high-quality content (photo, video, short-form, lifestyle) for hotel outlets including restaurants, spa, rooms, recreation, wellness, events, and promotions.
  • Develop artworks, flyers, internal comms, and social collateral aligned with hotel and global brand guidelines.
  • Assist in storyboard planning, photoshoots, and asset curation for multi-venue marketing needs.
  • Maintain an organized digital asset management system.

2. Campaign Support
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, web, CRM, paid media, and on-property channels.
  • Support media initiatives, email marketing, and performance-driven activations.
  • Coordinate with external agencies (PR, creative, production) to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

3. Analytics, Reporting & Admin
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports (campaign ROI, social media insights, channel performance).
  • Track competitive set activities and industry trends.
  • Manage administrative tasks including purchase requests, LPOs, budgets, vendor coordination, and marketing calendars.

4. Hospitality Marketing & Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Work closely with F&B, Spa, Rooms & Recreation, Front Office, and Events to support promotions and brand initiatives.
  • Coordinate with all hotel departments to plan, support, and execute internal marketing activations.
  • Assist in the organization, logistics, and on-ground support of marketing events, photoshoots, and brand activations.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with internal teams, partners, influencers, and media.
