Job Title: Marketing Executive

Department: Marketing / Admissions / Business Development

Reports To: Branch Manager / Marketing Manager / Principal

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the organization’s brand, products, or services to attract new customers and retain existing ones. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting field visits, managing social media presence, and supporting admission or sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.

Visit schools, colleges, organizations, and nearby communities for promotional activities.

Plan and organize events, exhibitions, and campaigns to attract potential customers.

Coordinate with the design team to create marketing materials (brochures, posters, banners, etc.).

Maintain and update social media platforms with engaging content.

Collect and analyze market feedback and competitor information.

Support admissions or sales teams with lead follow-ups and conversions.

Maintain a database of inquiries, leads, and campaign results.

Prepare regular marketing reports and performance updates.

Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.

Ability to plan, organize, and execute events.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.).

Willingness to travel for field visits and promotions.

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education or service sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
