Ø Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings.

Ø Build and maintain successful relationships with customers.

Ø Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business

Ø Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customer’s real-time needs.

Ø Updation of continuous monitoring of the franchisee, branch and business development activities on a daily/weekly and monthly basis to Territory Manager.

Ø Reporting to Territory Manager. Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Ø Responsible to collect Weekly & Monthly dues.

Ø Co-ordinate with Logistics Executives to collect daily dues.

Ø Responsible to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Ø Responsible to distribute monthly billing statements to each customer.

Ø Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists and other sensitive company information.

Ø Responsible to meet each and every customer periodically for smooth operation.

Ø Responsible to send weekly detailed reports to reporting boss.

Ø Responsible to send reports regarding new customers, left customers & existing customers.

Ø Identify opportunities for campaigns, products and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

Ø Manage partner relationships to increase business and identify new opportunities for company partnerships

Ø Build and maintain successful relationships with partners

Ø Oversee workflows for partner accounts, manages partner communications for territory and resolves escalated issues or questions from partners.

Ø Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
