We’re Hiring: Marketing Executive - Fidelity Fitness Club (JLT, Dubai)
The Role
Help lead Fidelity’s marketing game plan, shaping an elevated brand presence while driving measurable growth across our channels and in-club touchpoints.
What you’ll do

Brand strategy and integrated campaigns across paid, social, email, and in-club, bringing creative, original ideas that are always on-brand (standards & voice).

Campaigns and event concepts for launches, community outreaches, and lead generation, from brief to execution and post-campaign reporting - aimed at a positive, measurable impact on the business.

Performance marketing: social, search, retargeting, lead flows, and reporting.

Content system: editorial calendar, reels, email, in-club signage, and partnerships/influencers.

Social presence and community growth (Instagram-first, clean editorial aesthetic).

Measurement: pipeline metrics (lead → tour → member), attribution, and ROI dashboards.

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in marketing (required).

3+ years across brand + performance (fitness/wellness/hospitality/luxury a plus).

Strong creative judgment and polished copy, with analytics fluency and an ownership mindset.

Ownership mindset, excellent project management, and cross-team collaboration.

Portfolio with 2–3 quantified results
