We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a motivated Marketing Executive with a background in civil engineering to join our growing organization.

Job Description:

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our construction services, building client relationships, and supporting project-related marketing initiatives. Your technical knowledge in civil engineering will help bridge the gap between our clients and our construction team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients for business opportunities.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients regarding project requirements.
• Support sales and marketing campaigns related to construction projects.
• Prepare and present marketing materials and proposals.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Report regularly to the management team on marketing performance and project leads.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Age: 25–30 years (preferred)
• Gender: Male candidates only
• Other Requirements: Must own a bike and a valid driving license

Skills Required:

• Good communication and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of civil engineering concepts and construction processes
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude
