Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the organization’s products and services through various marketing campaigns, events, and digital initiatives. The role involves developing marketing strategies, coordinating promotional activities, and generating quality leads to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Generate leads through events, social media, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities.
• Manage branding activities including brochures, posters, and digital content.
• Support in organizing seminars, workshops, and college events.
• Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education or service sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and results-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
