Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support and execute the company s marketing strategy across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will play a key role in campaign execution, content creation, lead generation, and brand awareness initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and measurable results across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and event channels.
- Create, schedule, and manage content for social media, websites, and email newsletters.
- Support SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams or agencies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Help plan and coordinate promotional events, webinars, and product launches.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
- Maintain and update the company website and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials (brochures, banners, ads, etc.).
Reporting and administration:
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing activity and performance reports.
- Track campaign metrics such as engagement, leads, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and HubSpot.
- Maintain organized records of campaign assets, creative files, and marketing calendars.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners as needed for campaign execution.
- Assist with budgeting and invoice tracking for marketing expenses.
Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot (or similar).
- Creative thinker with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
