Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support and execute the company s marketing strategy across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will play a key role in campaign execution, content creation, lead generation, and brand awareness initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and measurable results across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and event channels.
  • Create, schedule, and manage content for social media, websites, and email newsletters.
  • Support SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams or agencies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Help plan and coordinate promotional events, webinars, and product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
  • Maintain and update the company website and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials (brochures, banners, ads, etc.).
Reporting and administration:
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing activity and performance reports.
  • Track campaign metrics such as engagement, leads, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and HubSpot.
  • Maintain organized records of campaign assets, creative files, and marketing calendars.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners as needed for campaign execution.
  • Assist with budgeting and invoice tracking for marketing expenses.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot (or similar).
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
