Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through effective lead-generation strategies.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential clients for future outreach.
  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.

2. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing initiatives such as webinars, seminars, and promotional events.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies based on insights and results.

3. Team Supervision – Marketing Support

  • Lead and mentor the Marketing Support Executive(s) to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Oversee the preparation and execution of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Ensure smooth coordination within the team for event planning, CRM updates, and customer follow-ups.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term, meaningful relationships with clients to promote repeat business.
  • Follow up on leads to convert them into potential clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding marketing-related communication.

5. Market Analysis & Innovation

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights on competitors.
  • Provide inputs to improve company products, services, and marketing strategies.
  • Identify new platforms and channels for lead generation and marketing outreach.

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, lead conversions, and campaign results using CRM tools such as Bitrix.
  • Generate periodic reports to update management on marketing progress and lead pipelines.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure departmental targets are met.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
