Marketing Executive

· Timely market surveys on competitors price, product, brand, design, payment strategy etc.

· Study about Market Trends, collect data on upcoming projects - hospitals, villas, govt. projects, residences, Malls etc.

· Ensure & confirm appointment before visit to customers / dealers.

· Ensure company profile (website, printed profile, magazine), brand catalogues (e-catalogue), pricelist etc. at the time of appointment.

· Sell company's products by identifying leads.

· Help clients to select brand & product finalization according to their needs.

· Close sales, ensure & inform the payment terms and conditions, timely collection of trade payment.

· Ensure the on-time delivery for closed customer.

· Provide customers with exceptional services during pre and post-sales support.

· Involve and also focus on digital and online marketing.

. Focus & Achieve sales targets and collection target according to latest company schemes.

· Maintain high customer satisfaction pre & post sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Taliparamba, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)
