Marketing Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic professional to join our team in Sialkot as Marketing Executive . The ideal candidate will support fundraising and donor engagement activities by building strong relationships with local stakeholders, organizing events, and promoting Akhuwat’s mission of poverty alleviation and social impact.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and maintenance of relationships with corporate entities to aid Akhuwat’s fundraising efforts.
• Assist in implementing Donor Retention Programs (DRP) to help retain existing DRP & corporate donors.
• Help organize donor and supporter visits, as well as corporate events, to foster engagement with Akhuwat’s initiatives.
• Assist in securing institutional and corporate support through collaborations, co-branding, event sponsorships, and other partnership activities.
• Provide support in organizing annual events for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), top philanthropists, and CSR heads to raise funds for the Akhuwat Endowment Fund.
• Help arrange tours for donors and supporters to visit Akhuwat projects and observe disbursements firsthand.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at attracting and retaining new donors.
• Help research and identify new funding opportunities within the local business community.
• Support the cultivation of relationships with key stakeholders such as wholesalers, retailers, associations, trade bodies, chambers of commerce, and small industries to secure sponsorships, donations, and partnerships.
• Help coordinate and organize tours for business groups and businessmen to showcase Akhuwat’s projects.
• Assist in creating persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to the interests of potential donors.
• Contribute to the coordination of impactful fundraising events and campaigns targeting local businesses and individuals.
• Help build relationships with district administration, housing societies, and mega malls to obtain necessary NOCs for various activities.
• Support the maintenance of records for donor interactions and ensure timely acknowledgments.
• Assist in monitoring fundraising performance metrics and preparing regular progress reports.
