Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote our academy’s programs, generate qualified student leads, build school and college partnerships, and increase brand visibility in assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, coaching centers, and student communities.
• Promote NEET coaching and MBBS abroad admission programs.
• Generate daily student leads through direct marketing activities.
• Organize and coordinate seminars, school campaigns, roadshows, and education fairs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, teachers, counselors, and agents.
• Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and flyers.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.
• Follow up with interested students and parents.
• Update daily activity and lead reports to the marketing manager.
• Support the admissions team to achieve monthly enrollment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any graduate / diploma (MBA in Marketing preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in field marketing, education sales, or direct marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Ability to work under targets and pressure.
• Basic knowledge of NEET / medical education sector is an added advantage.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
