Position: Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and data-driven Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing and branding activities across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving brand visibility, lead generation, and engaging communication for Swan Global and its associated brands.


Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Support the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and email.
  • Manage and optimize content calendars, ad creatives, targeting strategies, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversions, engagement) and prepare weekly performance reports.

2. Content Creation & Branding

  • Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Assist in developing marketing collateral: brochures, profiles, videos, testimonials, and case studies.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.

3. Social Media Management

  • Manage posting schedules, audience engagement, community responses, and analytics.
  • Track competitor activities and identify opportunities for better visibility.

4. Event, Activation & Sponsorship Support

  • Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, exhibitions, sponsorships, and client activations.
  • Manage vendor coordination, logistics, and branding requirements.

5. Website & CRM Support

  • Coordinate website updates, landing page improvements, and SEO enhancements.
  • Support CRM and marketing automation tasks (lead nurturing, email campaigns, analytics).

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and marketing ROI.
  • Use data to recommend improvements and drive marketing decisions.

7. Internal & External Communication

  • Prepare internal communication messages, HR campaigns, and announcements.
  • Assist in drafting emails, proposals, and marketing documents for cross-functional teams.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding.
  • Good writing and content creation skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, Meta/LinkedIn Ads, CRM platforms.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with video editing, content scripting, or motion graphics is an advantage.
  • Experience in the staffing, manpower, or HR industry is a plus.
  • An understanding of marketing automation and AI-driven tools is preferred.
