Marketing Executive – Job Description
Job Summary
The Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting the execution and management of both
online and offline marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this role will be
responsible for coordinating campaigns, managing agencies, overseeing operational marketing
activities, and ensuring timely reporting and presentation preparation for senior management. The
ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized, with a passion for marketing
execution and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management (Online & Offline)
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, Google
Ads, email marketing, etc.) and offline channels (events, print media, outdoor advertising).
- Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within
budget, and aligned with brand objectives.
- Assist in the development of creative briefs and follow up on campaign execution with design and
media partners.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to identify insights and areas for improvement.
2. Marketing Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing activities, ensuring all campaigns, deliverables,
and operational processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage timelines, budgets, and quality
standards for all marketing initiatives.
- Handle logistical aspects of marketing execution, including procurement, approvals, and vendor
follow-ups to ensure timely delivery of all marketing-related projects.
- Supervise the implementation of campaign assets across physical and digital touchpoints to
ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
- Support in organizing events, activations, sponsorships, and brand collaborations, handling the
operational and administrative side of execution.
- Ensure marketing initiatives are properly documented, tracked, and reported, maintaining an
organized system for project management and follow-ups.
- Contribute to the optimization of internal workflows and propose improvements to enhance
marketing efficiency and coordination.
3. Agency & Vendor Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for marketing and creative agencies, ensuring clear
communication and efficient task management.
- Manage quotes, purchase requests, and approvals for marketing-related suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure all agency deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and brand guidelines.
4. Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare campaign performance reports and summarize key insights for internal review.
- Support in tracking KPIs for ongoing marketing initiatives, including digital engagement, lead
generation, and ROI metrics.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources into clear, visually appealing presentations.
5. Executive Support & Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and prepare high-level presentations for
senior management and group leadership.
- Contribute ideas for strategic marketing plans and assist in implementing new initiatives.
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks to support the smooth execution of the marketing
department’s agenda.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); knowledge of design or
analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
