Job Responsibilities:
- Plan & execute marketing strategies to increase showroom walk-ins and overall sales.
- Field marketing activities: Visiting corporates, apartments, colleges, and associations for tie-up promotions.
- Brand marketing: Managing branding materials like hoardings, banners, standees, print ads, and in-store branding setup.
- Execute festival campaigns, seasonal offers, outdoor advertisements & promotional events.
- Handle social media, digital campaigns, customer engagement & basic ad promotions.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis & identify new marketing opportunities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships & generate leads through networking.
- Coordinate with vendors for printing, event arrangements & promotional items.
- Track and report campaign performance weekly/monthly.
- Support sales team with marketing ideas, promotional content & offer planning.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Good experience in Field Marketing & Brand Marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of social media marketing & brand positioning
- Creative thinking, event planning & negotiation ability
- Basic MS Office & documentation skills
- Fluency in Tamil & English (Hindi added advantage)
Qualification:
- Any Degree / MBA in Marketing preferred
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Weekly Off: Weekday (Roster)
