We are looking for an energetic, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Manager with 2–3 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes digital storytelling, understands brand building, and can manage day-to-day marketing activities with ownership and precision. You will be responsible for driving our brand presence, managing social media, creating compelling content, and supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop monthly content calendars and ensure consistent brand voice. Coordinate with designers to produce high-quality creatives, reels, and videos. Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize content accordingly. Respond to comments, messages, and build community engagement. 2. Content Creation & Brand Communication Write and edit copy for social media, campaigns, website, emailers, and brochures. Develop storytelling-driven content aligned with brand guidelines. Support long-form content such as blogs, case studies, and press notes. Ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and creative presentation across all communication.
3. Campaign Execution & Marketing Operations Assist in planning and executing digital and offline campaigns. Coordinate with performance marketing teams/agencies for ad content and reporting. Support event planning, studio activations, and partnership initiatives. Manage marketing collateral, vendor coordination, and production timelines. Monitor brand mentions, competitor activity, and industry trends.
4. Reporting & Analytics Maintain dashboards for lead generation, campaign performance, and social media metrics. Present insights and recommendations for improving marketing efficiency. Track ROI of marketing efforts and maintain monthly reports.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, design, and studio teams to align marketing with business goals. Ensure seamless communication during launches, promotions, and lead follow-ups.

Required Skills & Experience
● 2–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand communication.
● Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
● Basic knowledge of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPL, CTR).
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
● Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or similar design platforms (added advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,898.99 - ₹35,827.72 per month
