Job Description: Offline Marketing Executive (Edutech Industry)

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Outreach

 Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, coaching centers, and communities to

promote courses and generate leads.

 Organize and participate in educational seminars, workshops, and career guidance

sessions.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions and channel

partners.

2. Branding & Promotions

 Execute branding activities such as flyers, banners, hoardings, standees, and event

branding.

 Manage local-level marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and visibility.

 Collaborate with design teams to develop promotional materials for offline use.

3. Event Management

 Plan and execute student engagement activities, roadshows, and promotional

events.

 Coordinate logistics, venue setup, and resource planning for marketing events.

 Track event performance and collect data to measure effectiveness.

4. Market Research

 Conduct competitor analysis in assigned territories.

 Gather insights on student preferences, market trends, and local market

opportunities.

 Share actionable reports to support strategy-building.

5. Sales Collaboration

 Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into enrollments.

 Support the counselling team with walk-in generation and follow-ups.

 Provide daily/weekly reports on field activities and lead status.

6. Partnerships & Networking

 Identify and establish partnerships with educational institutions, training centers,

NGOs, and community organizations.

 Maintain strong professional relationships to drive consistent lead flow.

Key Skills & Competencies

 Strong communication and presentation skills

 Passion for fieldwork and on-ground marketing

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and events simultaneously

 Good negotiation and interpersonal skills

 Basic understanding of the education & training industry

 Problem-solving and result-oriented mindset

 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

 1–3 years of experience in offline marketing, field sales, or educational marketing

(preferred)

Work Environment

 Field-intensive role requiring regular travel within assigned locations

 Flexible working hours depending on events and outreach schedules

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
