About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Marketing Executive to represent IPCS Global. Your primary responsibility will be to visit engineering, arts, and science colleges in and around Kollam to promote our professional training programs (like PLC/SCADA, Embedded Systems, Cyber Security, etc.), generate quality leads, and drive student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• College Visits: Regularly visit assigned colleges in the Kollam region to conduct presentations, seminars, and set up promotional stalls.
• Lead Generation: Actively engage with students and faculty to generate high-potential leads and create a strong pipeline.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with college faculties, training coordinators, and student groups.
• Promotional Activities: Organize and manage on-ground marketing activities like workshops, demo sessions, and education fairs.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and student enrollment.
• Reporting: Maintain daily reports of college visits, leads generated, and activities conducted.

Ideal Candidate:

• Any Graduate. Freshers are welcome.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Malayalam and English.
• Confident and outgoing personality, comfortable speaking to student groups.
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
• Must have a valid two-wheeler license and be willing to travel extensively.
• Basic knowledge of engineering/IT fields is a plus.
