Job Summary
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's IT services and/or software products. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to articulate technical concepts into compelling, client-facing content.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management & Execution
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising, content marketing).
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing materials and campaigns are aligned with business objectives and product roadmaps.
- Support the organization and execution of marketing events, webinars, trade shows, and product launches, both online and in-person.
Content & Digital Marketing
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread engaging marketing copy for IT-focused materials, including website pages, case studies, blog posts, whitepapers, press releases, newsletters, and ad creatives.
- SEO Support: Assist with basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tasks, including keyword research and content optimization for the company website to increase organic traffic.
- Social Media: Manage and schedule content for corporate social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, X) to promote IT solutions and drive engagement.
- Email Marketing: Support the creation and deployment of targeted email marketing campaigns using CRM/marketing automation tools.
Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct market and competitor research specific to the IT industry to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics and marketing platforms to track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns (e.g., ROI, lead generation, website traffic).
- Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and customer relationship management (CRM) records.
Required Skills and QualificationsSkills
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication: Ability to translate complex technical IT concepts into clear, concise, and persuasive marketing language.
- Digital Marketing Proficiency: Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to track metrics, analyze data, and use insights to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Organizational and Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with technical, sales, and design teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or digital role, preferably within the IT or B2B technology sector.
- Familiarity with marketing software, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
