Job Title: Marketing Executive (Direct Marketing & Business Development)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Elite Style Polyclinic is seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Executive specializing in direct marketing, business development, and strategic collaborations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building partnerships with corporates, insurance companies, hotels, residential communities, and other organizations to drive patient acquisition and revenue growth through face-to-face marketing and relationship building.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Direct Marketing & Lead Generation:

  • Conduct face-to-face marketing visits to corporate offices, companies, and businesses in Dubai
  • Present clinic services and packages to HR managers, office administrators, and decision-makers
  • Distribute marketing materials (brochures, business cards, promotional offers) to targeted locations
  • Generate quality leads through direct interaction and networking
  • Visit residential communities, hotels, gyms, spas, and beauty salons for collaboration opportunities
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and healthcare fairs to promote clinic services
  • Conduct on-site health screening camps and awareness sessions at corporate locations
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into active patients
  • Maintain daily visit reports and lead tracking records
  • Target: Generate minimum 50-100 qualified leads per month

Corporate Partnerships & Collaborations:

  • Identify and approach corporate clients for employee wellness programs
  • Negotiate and secure corporate tie-ups for group health packages
  • Create customized healthcare packages for corporate employees
  • Establish partnerships with multinational companies, SMEs, and startups in Dubai
  • Organize health camps and wellness sessions at corporate offices
  • Manage corporate account relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with HR departments for employee health benefits programs
  • Develop annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) with corporate clients

Insurance Company Liaison:

  • Build and maintain relationships with insurance providers (Daman, Nextcare, MetLife, AXA, etc.)
  • Ensure clinic is empaneled with major insurance networks
  • Coordinate with insurance representatives for patient approvals and claims
  • Attend insurance company meetings and networking events
  • Update insurance company representatives about new services and specialties
  • Resolve insurance-related issues for smooth patient experience

Hotel & Hospitality Partnerships:

  • Establish collaborations with hotels in Dubai for guest wellness services
  • Offer exclusive packages for hotel guests and residents
  • Coordinate with hotel concierge services for patient referrals
  • Create VIP healthcare packages for luxury hotel partnerships
  • Attend hotel industry networking events

Strategic Collaborations:

  • Partner with beauty salons, spas, and wellness centers for cross-referrals
  • Collaborate with gyms and fitness centers for sports medicine and physiotherapy services
  • Build relationships with aesthetic clinics for complementary service referrals
  • Establish partnerships with medical tourism agencies
  • Create alliances with real estate developers for resident healthcare programs
  • Partner with schools and nurseries for pediatric health camps
  • Collaborate with event management companies for health booth sponsorships

Community Outreach:

  • Organize free health screening camps in residential communities
  • Conduct health awareness sessions at community centers
  • Distribute promotional materials in high-traffic areas (malls, community centers, events)
  • Participate in community events and exhibitions
  • Build relationships with community leaders and influencers

Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and collaborators
  • Regular follow-ups with corporate clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Schedule periodic meetings with key accounts
  • Handle partner queries and resolve issues promptly
  • Send seasonal greetings and promotional updates to partners
  • Organize client appreciation events

Marketing Campaigns & Promotions:

  • Plan and execute seasonal promotional campaigns (New Year, Ramadan, Summer, etc.)
  • Create special offers and packages for different target segments
  • Coordinate with design team for marketing collateral creation
  • Track campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials in strategic locations

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Maintain detailed records of all visits, meetings, and collaborations
  • Track lead sources and conversion rates
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports for management
  • Analyze partnership ROI and effectiveness
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis
  • Document all partnership agreements and contracts

Event Management:

  • Organize health camps, wellness sessions, and awareness programs
  • Coordinate with clinical team for doctor availability at events
  • Manage logistics for outdoor marketing activities
  • Represent clinic at exhibitions, trade shows, and healthcare events

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • MBA or marketing certifications are an advantage

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of direct marketing/business development experience in UAE healthcare sector (mandatory)
  • Proven track record of securing corporate partnerships and collaborations
  • Experience in B2B sales and relationship management
  • Experience working with insurance companies preferred
  • Knowledge of Dubai's corporate landscape and business districts

Industry Knowledge:

  • Understanding of healthcare services, medical terminology, and clinic operations
  • Knowledge of Dubai's healthcare market and competition
  • Familiarity with insurance processes and medical billing
  • Understanding of corporate wellness programs
  • Knowledge of DHA regulations for healthcare marketing

WORKING HOURS:

  • 6 days per week (1 day off - Friday or Saturday)
  • 9-hour shift (flexible timing based on client meetings)

REPORTING STRUCTURE:

  • Reports to: Marketing Manager / Business Development Manager / CEO

DAILY/WEEKLY ACTIVITIES:

Daily:

  • 10-15 face-to-face client visits
  • Follow-up calls and emails to leads
  • Update CRM with visit reports and lead status
  • Coordinate with reception for lead inquiries
  • Plan next day's visit schedule

Weekly:

  • Submit weekly activity and lead reports
  • Attend team meetings
  • Plan and execute 1-2 health camps or events
  • Review conversion rates and partnership progress

Monthly:

  • Comprehensive monthly performance report
  • Partnership review meetings with management
  • Plan next month's marketing activities and campaigns
  • Evaluate ROI of collaborations
