Job Description
The Marketing Executive supports the marketing team in executing and managing strategic marketing plans to achieve the company’s goals and objectives. This role focuses on both traditional and digital marketing, ensuring seamless execution under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing and managing marketing strategies for CPG’s portfolio (including traditional and digital/social marketing) to drive business growth.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns for promotions, product launches, and new shop openings.
- Track and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Plan, create, and manage social media content across various platforms.
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Assist in sourcing and managing agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
- Support Media and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationship management and content creation processes.
- Assist in offline event planning, management, and execution to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Enhance the consumer journey and manage customer relationships and databases.
- Work closely with the Operations and other departments to understand business needs and enhance marketing efficiency.
- Conduct industry and competitive research to identify marketing opportunities and trends.
- Analyse campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies.
Qualification/ requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience.
- At least 2 year of marketing experience in the UAE.
- Strong campaign and project management skills.
- Experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
- Experience in working with KOLs on content creation and relationship management.
- Experience in managing agency partners and vendors.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Proactive, creative, and able to think outside the box.
- Independent work ethic with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Graphic design or video editing skills are an advantage.
