DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure to reach the Sales Target by country by brand / to be achieved on Quarterly / Monthly basis

Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.

Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.

Maintaining client relations.

Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.

Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

Develop & Execute marketing activities by maintaining brand B2B and B2C strategies for premium hair care brands (Visits Fields, Branding, GWP, POSM, Reports & Feedback, PR relationship, Merchandising, Brand promotion events) based on a marketing activities presentation on a monthly basis.

Implement open days in salons.

Ensuring the right positioning of the brands, track investment expenses within the budget set by the management and on time implementation (Marketing activities presentation monthly/ Expenses tracker monthly)

Come up with new initiatives.

Regularly monitor and report international as well as local market trends to identify opportunities and potential portfolio expansion.

Plan and execute events and exhibitions as per company requirement.

Regularly monitor and report international as well as local market trends, competitors reports, market studies, consumer behaviors, market needs and challenges in the market.

Conduct Market research studies which covers all business-related aspects such as market dynamics, competitive analysis, price collections, clients satisfaction, industry best practices, etc.
Educational requirements:
BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant
Other key attributes such as knowledge, skills, or abilities:

Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role

Proficient in MS Office

Excellent communication and people skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Creativity and commercial awareness

GCC Driving License
