Job Purpose
Scaleup Connect is hiring for one of its clients based in the Cosmetics / Manufacturing industry. We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to support brand-building initiatives and execute marketing strategies across digital and offline channels. The role is ideal for a marketing professional with hands-on experience in social media, market research, and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost brand visibility. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Manage social media presence and create engaging content. Optimize the Shopify store to enhance user experience and drive sales. Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Support product launches and promotional activities. Coordinate with internal teams for marketing initiatives.

Experience Requirements
Required Experience: 1 – 2 Years
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or consumer goods companies. Expertise in market research and social media marketing. Proficiency in Shopify and digital marketing tools. Excellent communication skills and knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics. Courses in digital marketing or related fields are a plus.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing will be a plus.
