Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and result-driven In-House Marketing Executive with strong Social Media Management and Graphic Design skills to handle our brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, visual storytelling, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms)
• Design engaging graphics, carousels, reels, and stories
• Edit photos and videos for social media posting
• Plan, schedule, and publish daily content
• Create short-form video content (Reels & TikTok)
• Monitor and analyze social media insights, reach, engagement, and ad performance
• Support social media advertising campaigns and reporting
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience in Social Media Management
• Strong knowledge of Graphic Designing
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or similar
• Excellent skills in photo editing, carousel design, reels, and story creation
• Knowledge of Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads, and basic ad analytics
• Ability to analyze insights and improve content performance
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in-house in Dubai

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Experience with TikTok trends and viral content
• Basic copywriting skills for captions and ads
• Experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands
