Marketing Executive

Marketing Executive (Emirati National)

Job Summary

The Marketing Executive will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, support sales activities, and strengthen the company’s market presence. The role involves coordinating campaigns, managing content, and supporting digital and offline marketing activities in line with business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Operations

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing activities.
  • Support brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Digital & Content Marketing

  • Assist in managing social media platforms and website content.
  • Coordinate content creation including posts, brochures, presentations, and basic creatives.
  • Monitor engagement and prepare simple performance reports.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and campaign results.
  • Prepare marketing reports and presentations for management review.

Events & Promotions

  • Support the organization of events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and vendor communications for events.

General Marketing Support

  • Assist in preparing marketing proposals, emails, and internal communications.
  • Support sales and business development teams with marketing materials.
  • Perform additional marketing-related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a related role (preferred).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
