Marketing Executive

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products/services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage external agencies, create compelling social media content, and ensure that marketing campaigns are executed effectively to meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Agency Management: Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, blogs, and website content, to engage and educate our target audience.
• Social Media Management: Oversee and create engaging content for our social media platforms, staying up to date with industry trends, and monitoring social media performance.
• Event Management: Coordinate and manage marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars, from planning to execution.
• Project Management: Juggle multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, ensuring they are executed efficiently and on schedule.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies for better results.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring that spending aligns with campaign goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of proven marketing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in agency management and collaboration.
• Proficiency in creating and curating content for various digital platforms.
• Hands-on experience with event management and coordination.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
