Position Overview

Matlay is looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Executive who can handle the company’s marketing operations and help grow the business. The ideal candidate should have experience in the food industry, strong networking skills, and the ability to manage both in-office and field marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote Matlay’s services and grow the business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, cafes, and food brands
• Identify new business opportunities within the food industry
• Conduct field visits to meet potential partners and clients
• Manage marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Coordinate with the design and digital team for marketing materials
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Represent the company in meetings, partnerships, and networking opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in marketing or business development (preferably in the food industry)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Existing contacts or network within the food industry will be a plus
• Willingness to work both on-site and in the field
• Ability to meet business growth and partnership targets
