Job Summary

Tech Care is hiring a performance-driven Marketing Executive who can generate qualified leads, manage paid campaigns, and handle website performance optimization.

This is a revenue-focused role. We are looking for someone who understands conversions, ROI, website funnels, and accountability — not just social media posting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Manage and scale campaigns on Google Ads (Search & Local)
• Generate consistent daily qualified leads
• Reduce cost per lead and improve ROI
• Manage and update the company website (content, landing pages, offers)
• Optimize the website for conversions (forms, call buttons, WhatsApp integration)
• Monitor website traffic and performance (Google Analytics / tracking tools)
• Improve local SEO and Google Business Profile ranking
• Coordinate with the sales and field teams to improve conversion rates
• Prepare weekly performance and analytics reports
• Track marketing performance in CRM (Zoho Bigin)

Website Responsibilities

• Ensure the website is always updated with current offers
• Improve landing page performance
• Monitor website leads and enquiry forms
• Work with the developer if technical changes are required
• Support e-commerce growth strategy
