Job Overview
Overall, the Marketing Executive is expected to contribute by undertaking marketing and social media projects to further strengthen the company growth in market share across the region and to drive the company reputation and image. The Marketing Executive shall organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.
She must be passionate for the “art” of marketing and to have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. The goal is to reach out to the market across all communication channels and cultivate the customer’s interest in our brands and services in most innovative and creative ways to always be ahead of competition locally and regionally, and to sustain our positioning with the customers and our brand partners.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
· Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
· Organize events according to brand and company calendars, making sure all aspects of the event are covered from planning, budgeting, logistics and execution.
· Maintain a comprehensive database of stakeholders for the events including influencers and service providers with various specializations.
· Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
· Create a calendar of promotional campaigns and strategies including budget planning, content ideation and implementation schedules. This applies to both online (Social Media) and offline (Events, activation plans..etc.)
· Coordinate brand teams’ (internally and externally) in creating engaging and interactive content to ensure brand consistency
· Monitor the Social Media platform progress, engagement analysis, tools to enhance the company performance, reports, and a full finding reports.
· Create reports required by the Head of Marketing & PR as needed, to help her build company and brands strategies for the company across our brands, across the region.
· Full immersion into our customer data to understand their needs, interaction, visits online and offline and use this information to generate future campaigns
· Back up team members as required depending on the urgency of tasks.
Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
