Role Overview

We're looking for a creative, driven Marketing & Content Executive to join our team. You'll own Wajba's content and visual identity across social and digital channels, lead campaign execution, and pitch in on day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, stories) — from scripting and filming through to editing and publishing
• Design on-brand graphics for social media, in-app campaigns, vendor materials, and partnership collateral
• Manage and grow Wajba's social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn — bilingual (Arabic & English)
• Support marketing strategy and campaign planning — from ideation through to performance tracking and reporting
• Write copy for push notifications, in-app banners, and promotional materials in both Arabic and English
• Support vendor onboarding by creating menu content, photos, and marketing assets
• Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as part of the core team

Requirements

• Strong video creation skills — comfortable scripting, filming, and editing short-form content
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
• Fluent in Arabic and English — able to write naturally and persuasively in both
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply
• Currently residing in Bahrain and registered with the Bahraini ministry of Labor
