Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across both corporate and project portfolios. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering integrated campaigns, enhancing brand positioning, and supporting sales objectives through effective planning, coordination, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

In conjunction with the Marketing Manager, develop and implement innovative, comprehensive, and relevant marketing plans for all relevant projects.

This includes:

  • Market research

  • Positioning and brand development,

  • Advertising and promotion,

  • Event management including activations and launches

  • Communications, public relations, community consultation and the sales release schedule,

  • Supplier management and production execution

Additionally, you will be asked to:

  • Maintain the day-to-day marketing budget for relevant projects

  • Implement tactical marketing campaigns

  • Constant liaison with the sales team to ensure they are provided with all the relevant sales and promotional information to effectively promote opportunities to customers

  • Collate, monitor, and assess data on a weekly and monthly basis including sales, traffic, and website reports

  • Ensure up to date competitor and market trend is communicated to the team on a regular basis

  • Review and address the brand’s onsite and online presence on a weekly basis

  • Draft report for campaigns, events, and other projects

  • Understanding the needs of all internal stakeholders through attending regular meetings and maintaining records of these meetings as required.

  • Work with external consultants including advertising and public relations agency as well as external consultants

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • A sound knowledge of key marketing principles and the implementation of marketing strategies

  • Project and/or brand marketing experience in the property industry would be highly valued

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills

  • Project management skills, including critical path development

  • Time management skills with the ability to deliver under tight deadline for multiple projects

  • Ability to work independently

  • Self-motivating

  • Computer literate with proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Excellent command of both the Arabic and English language

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant degree
