We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive with a passion for luxury retail and timepieces. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive footfall, and increase sales across boutiques and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for luxury watch brands across retail and digital channels

Coordinate with suppliers and international brand principals on campaign guidelines and assets

Manage social media platforms, ensuring content aligns with brand image and luxury positioning

Support in organizing boutique events, product launches, and VIP client activations

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations

Maintain and update marketing materials (brochures, displays, POS materials)

Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives

Ensure brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines are consistently met

Assist in managing CRM activities, including client engagement and retention campaigns
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in luxury retail, fashion, or watches

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand aesthetics

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Analytics is a plus)
