Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a bilingual professional (Arabic & English) with a strong 360-degree marketing background, capable of executing integrated marketing strategies across digital, offline, and experiential channels.

This role requires a hands-on marketer who can contribute to brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement while working closely with sales and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and executing end-to-end marketing activities, including:

  • Planning and executing digital marketing and performance-based campaigns
  • Managing social media platforms, including content creation, publishing, and community engagement
  • Developing copywriting content in Arabic and English for campaigns, ads, and communications
  • Coordinating and executing events, activations, and promotional campaigns
  • Supporting brand communication strategies and campaign rollout across all channels
  • Driving lead generation initiatives and enhancing customer engagement activities
  • Managing influencer collaborations and partnership marketing activities
  • Assisting with CRM activities and customer retention initiatives
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning

Preferred Industry Experience

  • Automotive industry experience is highly preferred
  • Exposure to dealership marketing, showroom campaigns, or automotive brand KPIs will be considered a strong advantage

Key Performance Areas (KPIs)

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing performance metrics, including:

  • Lead generation volume and lead quality improvement
  • Cost per lead (CPL) optimization and campaign efficiency
  • Growth in social media engagement, reach, and audience development
  • Campaign ROI tracking and conversion performance analysis
  • Increase in website traffic and digital inquiry generation
  • Event attendance, activation performance, and engagement outcomes
  • Brand awareness and customer acquisition effectiveness
  • Strong coordination with sales teams to support conversion and revenue objectives

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in a 360-degree marketing role (2–4+ years preferred)
  • Strong bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English – written and spoken)
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Creative, analytical, and performance-driven mindset
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per day
