Marketing Executive

We are a real estate agency in Dubai looking for a hands-on Marketing & Content Creator who can manage end-to-end content production and social media marketing. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, practical, and experienced in videography, photography, editing, and social media management, working with AI tools with a strong understanding of real estate branding and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production

• Shoot property videos (Reels, short-form videos, walkthroughs)
• Photography of properties, agents, and office activities
• Edit videos and photos for social media and listings
• Create engaging real estate content (Reels, Stories, Posts)

Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social platforms
• Plan and execute content calendars
• Post consistently and monitor engagement
• Maintain brand tone and visual identity

Marketing & Branding

• Support real estate campaigns for listings and launches
• Coordinate marketing materials (flyers, posts, digital ads)
• Assist in basic paid ads coordination (Meta / Google – optional)
• Track content performance and suggest improvements

On-Ground Marketing

• Coordinate with agents for property shoots and schedules
• Attend site visits for content creation when required
• Support branding and promotional activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate marketing in Dubai
• Strong skills in videography & photography
• Proficient in video & photo editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, Lightroom, etc.)
• Experience managing Instagram & social media platforms
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of real estate trends and content formats is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
