Marketing Executive

O Consulting is looking for a creative, motivated, and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies, enhancing brand awareness, managing social media platforms, and supporting business growth through effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing and brand awareness strategies.
• Manage the company's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube.
• Create and publish engaging content, including graphics, videos, blogs, case studies, customer success stories, and company announcements.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, lead generation campaigns, webinars, and digital events.
• Coordinate marketing activities with the sales team to generate qualified business opportunities.
• Maintain and update the company website, service pages, news, and marketing content.
• Design and manage marketing materials such as company profiles, brochures, presentations, proposals, and promotional content.
• Support branding initiatives, exhibitions, conferences, customer events, and partner marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation metrics, and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with external designers, media agencies, printers, and other marketing vendors.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Perform any additional marketing-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience (Fresh candidates with exceptional skills may also apply).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with content creation, graphic design tools (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite), and website content management is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting

The Marketing Executive will report to the CEO/Director of Marketing and work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams.
