As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Executive – 360° Digital & Creative to strengthen our brand presence and support business growth across multiple platforms.
Job Purpose
The Marketing Executive – 360° Digital & Creative will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing end-to-end marketing activities that enhance brand visibility and support sales objectives. This role requires a balance of strategic marketing thinking and hands-on creative execution, covering graphic design, video production, digital marketing, branding, and content planning through a complete 360-degree digital marketing approach.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Branding
- Execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals, brand guidelines, and sales objectives.
- Maintain and strengthen brand identity across all digital and offline platforms.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, tone, and brand positioning.
- Support brand awareness and lead-generation initiatives.
Graphic Design & Creative Development
- Design high-quality marketing materials in line with brand standards.
- Create property brochures, social media creatives, advertisements, banners, and branding materials.
- Maintain visual consistency across all campaigns and platforms.
Video Production & Editing
- Plan, shoot, and edit professional real estate videos including property walkthroughs, lifestyle videos, agent profiles, and branding content.
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Apply animations, transitions, motion graphics, effects, and sound design where required.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars.
- Generate innovative content ideas based on market trends, seasonal campaigns, and audience insights.
- Research and adapt to platform-specific trends, algorithms, and best-performing content formats.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor content across social media platforms.
- Optimize content performance for reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan campaigns, shoots, and creative direction.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and administrative teams for property details and marketing requirements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative and strategic ideas for business growth.
Additional Responsibilities
- Attend property exhibitions, site visits, networking events, and promotional activities when required.
- Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by management.
Skills & Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of 360° digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
- Excellent knowledge of real estate marketing trends and social media algorithms.
- Professional videography and content creation skills.
- Ability to plan and manage monthly content calendars.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
