Marketing Executive – Brand Activations / BTL

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive who can take complete ownership of college brand activations from obtaining permissions to on-ground execution.
The ideal candidate is street-smart, energetic, and passionate about youth marketing, events, and brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. College Outreach & Permissions

• Identify potential colleges for brand activations and events.
• Connect with college committees, cultural heads, and event organizers for tie-ups and permissions.
• Build and maintain a strong database of college contacts across regions.

2. Pre-Event Planning

• Understand campaign objectives and align execution plans accordingly.
• Prepare detailed activation plans, timelines, and checklists.
• Coordinate with internal creative, client servicing, and production teams for setup and materials.

3. Vendor & Logistics Management

• Source and manage vendors for fabrication, branding, manpower, printing, and logistics.
• Ensure all materials reach the venue on time and setups are completed as per plan.
• Track costs and maintain accurate cost sheets.

4. On-Ground Execution

• Oversee event setup, branding installation, and promotional activities on-ground.
• Manage promoters, handle crowd engagement, and ensure smooth event flow.
• Troubleshoot any operational issues during the activation.

5. Post-Event Reporting

• Collect photos, videos, and performance data from the activation.
• Prepare post-event reports and share insights for campaign improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in BTL / Event / Brand Activation roles.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and vendor management ability.
• Comfortable with travel and on-ground work.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and cost tracking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,066.33 per month
