Marketing Executive / Coordinator:
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand visibility and consumer engagement in the FMCG sector, ensuring all marketing activities are aligned with global brand guidelines while being localized for the Pakistan market. The role emphasizes e-commerce, digital presence, media planning, and campaign execution with measurable results, while coordinating brand and vendors
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Alignment & Collaboration
- Maintain direct and regular communication with the global / regional brand team, suppliers & vendors.
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all channels (digital, retail, POS).
- Share market insights and competitor analysis proactively.
2. Media Planning & Execution
- Develop annual and quarterly media plans with budgets aligned and approved internally and with brand stakeholders.
- Manage execution across digital, print, OOH, and other media.
- Track ROI, CPM, CTR, and sales lift where measurable.
3. Digital Presence
- Manage distributor/partner websites by updating product listings, banners, and campaigns.
- Oversee e-commerce platforms to ensure content consistency (images, descriptions, ratings).
- Build and execute social media calendars and report monthly analytics.
4. Campaigns & Promotions
- Localize global campaigns for the Pakistan market.
- Execute product launches, seasonal promotions, and bundle offers.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align promotions with trade activities.
5. Influencer & PR
- Identify and contract influencers within budget and brand requirements.
- Track ROI clearly (engagement, impressions, conversions).
- Support press releases and PR agency coordination where relevant.
6. Events & POS
- Plan and deliver in-store activations, sampling drives, and POSM development in coordination with sales teams.
- Participate in trade shows or exhibitions in line with brand standards.
7. Reporting & Analytics
- Deliver monthly reports to local leadership and brand stakeholders.
- KPIs to include campaign performance, budget utilization, sell-through impact, and competitor insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant FMCG marketing experience.
- Experience with e-commerce, media planning, digital marketing, and campaign management.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong reporting and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay: From Rs210,000.00 per month
