Role Overview:

The Marketing Executive – Amplify will play a key role in driving MetaApply IE’s B2B Events & Partnerships marketing initiatives through the effective planning and execution of domestic and international events, agent training sessions, and partnership amplification activities. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills to ensure seamless event execution and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute all University & B2B marketing events (domestic, international, online, and offline) focused on agent engagement and training.
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for university partnership marketing and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, sales, and external partners for event planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams for event collaterals, and campaigns initiatives including online & offline.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of events and partnership campaigns to assess ROI and impact.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and post-event feedback reports.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in edtech, study abroad, or higher education. Marketing Agency experience will be a plus.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale events (both online and offline).
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Good understanding of marketing campaign execution and digital amplification.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, event/project coordination tools, and email campaigning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
