Role Overview: The Marketing Executive – Corporate Partnerships (Public Sector Tie-Ups) will be responsible for driving business growth through partnerships and collaborations with government organizations, public sector undertakings (PSUs), and semi-government institutions. The role focuses on promoting the hospital’s preventive eye care programs, empanelment initiatives, and healthcare tie-ups across India’s public sector ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and establish partnerships with PSUs, government departments, and public sector organizations for eye health programs, screenings, and empanelments.

· Coordinate with hospital management to secure corporate approvals, empanelment listings, and MOUs with government bodies.

· Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance the hospital’s visibility and service utilization among PSU employees and beneficiaries.

· Plan and organize eye screening camps, wellness drives, and awareness programs within public sector units and government offices.

· Prepare business proposals, presentations, and documentation required for empanelment and partnership agreements.

· Build relationships with HR, Medical department,of public sector organizations to promote customized eye care packages.

· Monitor partnership outcomes, analyze performance data, and provide monthly reports on partnership growth, patient footfall, and revenue contribution.

· Coordinate with internal departments—clinical, operations, and marketing—for smooth execution of partnership activities.

· Stay updated on government health initiatives, PSU policies, and opportunities for inclusion in employee health benefit schemes.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management; MBA preferred.

· 2–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing,

· public sector partnership management, or hospital business development.

· Demonstrated track record of managing PSU tie-ups, government empanelments, or institutional marketing partnerships.

· Strong understanding of healthcare marketing in the Indian public sector context.

· Excellent communication, liaison, and negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
