Position: MARKETING EXECUTIVE (DIGITAL AND SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING)

Qualification: Graduate or Engineering Filed

Experiance : 1-4 Years

Job Responsibilities MARKETING EXECUTIVE(DIGITAL AND SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING)

· Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.

· Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.

· Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.

· Devise innovative growth strategies.

· End to End Execution, strategic and analytical thinking ability.

· Knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, etc.

· Sales and Business development for Organization across the markets.

· Work with team to execute annual marketing campaigns and sales strategies within assigned territories.

· Exhibitions & Training Programs - Responsible for participation in exhibitions and seminars.

· Travelling across customer locations as per requirement.

· Development of customer based and build sales orders.

· Setting up a marketing department.

· Establishing an explosive growth in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.

· Manage a team of Sales marketing & Execution.

· Good skills in Brand Strategy Development, Developing and implementing brand strategies.

· Handling the marketing, campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and marketing.

· Clearly understand and implement marketing campaigns which fit client needs.

· Creating marketing plans, defining campaign objectives, identifying target audience segments, and coordinating with marketing teams to implement campaigns effectively.

· Provide analytical reporting of Sales & Marketing to stakeholders.

· Skills in Cross-Functional Collaboration, Market Analysis and Monitoring, and Brand Performance Tracking.

· Develop a comprehensive project plan, including defining project goals, objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.

· Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies

· Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”

· Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.

Qualifications & Skills.

· Qualifications- Degree: BBA/MBA/BSc in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

· Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.

· Excellent Multitasking skills and team collaboration.

· Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement.

· Strong project management and leadership skills.

· Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships.

· Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data.

· Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to build relationships at all levels and influence change to help teams deliver value.

Core Responsibilities-

Strategy & Planning – Develop monthly/quarterly digital campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.; set SMART KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion, ROAS).

- Content Creation – Produce & schedule posts, stories, reels, carousel ads; collaborate with designers & copywriters for brand‑consistent assets.

- Community Management – Monitor comments/DMs, respond promptly, foster brand advocacy, handle crisis communications.

- Performance Analytics – Use GA4, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics; generate weekly reports; iterate based on data‑driven insights.

- SEO & Growth – Optimize website landing pages, conduct keyword research, implement on‑page SEO, track rankings.

- Budget Management – Allocate ad spend, negotiate with platforms, ensure cost‑efficiency.

- Collaboration – Work with PR, sales, product, and external agencies to align messaging and launch cross‑functional campaigns.

- Innovation – Stay updated on trends, test A/B experiments, propose new tools/automations.

- Analytics: GA4, Data Studio/Looker, UTM parameters, conversion tracking.

- Content tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Hootsuite/Buffer, Later.

- Soft skills: Copywriting, storytelling, data‑driven decision making, multitasking, stakeholder communication.
