Innovative Events is a premium wedding décor and event design company founded in 2019 and based in Brampton, Ontario. With 1000+ events completed across the GTA and beyond, we specialize in creating luxury, personalized décor experiences for weddings, engagements, photo shoots, and cultural celebrations.

We are expanding our global team and looking for a Marketing Executive who can oversee digital marketing, SEO, and social media growth for our brand.

Role Overview
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for strengthening the company’s online presence, generating leads, and maintaining a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing & SEO
• Improve website SEO and keyword ranking
• Optimize content for search engines and improve organic traffic
• Manage Google Business Profile and monitor analytics
• Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports
• Social Media Management
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, and Facebook.
• Assist with reels, visuals, captions, and hashtag research
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain brand tone
• Content & Branding
• Assist in creating brochures, proposals, and brand materials
• Work closely with the creative team to maintain a consistent aesthetic
• Research industry trends and competitor performance
• Lead Generation & Outreach
• Monitor inquiries and support in basic email/DM communication
• Collaborate on promotional campaigns and seasonal offers

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years experience in digital marketing, SEO, or social media (required)
• Experience in the wedding or event industry (preferred)
• Strong understanding of SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, etc.)
• Proficiency with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools
• Good eye for design, trends, and brand storytelling
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
