Role Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused Marketing Executive who can actually get things done not just talk strategy. If you’ve worked on campaigns, handled social media, and understand how to attract and convert an audience, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage and grow social media presence with consistent, engaging content
• Coordinate with design and content teams to create marketing material
• Handle basic paid ads (Meta/Google) and track performance
• Generate leads through campaigns, outreach, and collaborations
• Analyze campaign results and optimize based on data
• Assist in brand building and positioning
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on marketing experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and content strategy
• Basic knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads / Google Ads)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines without constant supervision
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar
