Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and presentable Female Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support and execute marketing activities that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning
• Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with high-quality content
• Coordinate content creation, including captions in both Arabic and English
• Assist in influencer collaborations, promotions, and brand partnerships
• Support in-store marketing initiatives and promotional events
• Analyze marketing performance and provide basic reports and insights
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Work closely with the sales and management teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

Requirements

• Female candidate preferred
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Proven experience in marketing, social media, or a related field (luxury or fashion industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, professional, and brand-conscious
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Based in Dubai or willing to commute to the Dubai Mall area
