Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to support our marketing and sales efforts in the glass manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial or B2B marketing, and a strong understanding of market dynamics related to glass products such as architectural glass, automotive glass, container glass, or specialty glass.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Monitor industry developments and emerging technologies in the glass sector.
- Product Marketing
- Assist in positioning and promoting glass products (e.g., float glass, tempered glass, laminated glass).
- Coordinate with the product development team to understand and highlight product benefits.
- Branding & Promotion
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, trade shows).
- Support the development of brochures, catalogs, website content, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Generate qualified leads through B2B outreach, email campaigns, and industry networking.
- Assist the sales team with customer presentations, technical documents, and quotations.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to support the sales pipeline.
- Digital Marketing
- Manage social media, company website, and SEO/SEM activities.
- Track online engagement metrics and campaign performance.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Maintain and update CRM database.
- Analyze customer feedback and help improve marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the manufacturing or building materials industry.
- Knowledge of glass products and their industrial applications is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred:
- Experience with ERP or SAP systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO, ASTM, etc.
- Exposure to international marketing or export procedures (for companies with global customers).
