Marketing Executive - Global Retail Brand

Charterhouse is working in partnership with a global consumer electronics brand that is looking to hire a Marketing Executive to join their Business Division, based in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute brand marketing initiatives across the Middle East and Africa region, with a particular focus on promoting a premium line of lifestyle products.

The Marketing Executive is focused on executing strategic and tactical marketing plans that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement across all product categories. The role will be responsible for coordinating advertising campaigns, brand activations, and digital marketing initiatives, including social media and CRM activities.

This role involves close collaboration with internal teams including Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain, as well as external stakeholders such as media outlets, agencies, and sponsorship partners. Key responsibilities includes managing digital activations, overseeing agency performance, and supporting regional marketing efforts, which may require travel across the region.

In addition, the role will also play a pivotal role in customer engagement, loyalty programs, and CRM database management, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and reporting on performance metrics.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a corporate environment. A strong passion for marketing, excellent project management skills, and the ability to execute campaigns within budget and deadlines are essential. Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho or Odoo, along with proficiency in data analytics tools such as Microsoft BI or Tableau, is highly desirable. The role requires confidence in collaborating with marketing agencies and vendors, as well as proactive approach to problem-solving. Fluency in English is essential, while Arabic or French language skills would be advantageous.
