Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Drive product positioning in Ayurvedic, herbal, and wellness markets
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, doctors, and Ayurvedic practitioners
- Execute BTL and ATL promotional campaigns
- Plan product launches, promotional activities, and awareness programs
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis
- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets
- Collaborate with sales, product, and management teams
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Ayurveda (BAMS), or related field
- 1–3+ years of experience in Herbal / Ayurvedic / Pharma / FMCG marketing
- Strong understanding of Ayurvedic formulations and wellness market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-oriented mindset with strong execution capability
- Willingness to travel as required
