The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting hospital services, increasing patient footfall, building relationships with doctors and corporates, and enhancing the hospital’s brand presence through both on-ground and digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote hospital services, specialties, and health packages to the public and referral sources
  • Conduct regular visits to referring doctors, clinics, corporates, and insurance/TPA offices
  • Organize and coordinate health camps, CMEs, health talks, and promotional events
  • Support OPD/IPD growth by generating patient referrals
  • Coordinate with consultants and internal departments for marketing initiatives
  • Execute offline marketing activities such as banners, pamphlets, hoardings, and kiosks
  • Assist in digital marketing activities (social media promotions, campaigns, content coordination)
  • Collect market intelligence and analyze competitor activities
  • Maintain MIS reports on daily activities, leads, and conversions
  • Address patient and corporate queries related to services and packages
  • Ensure hospital branding guidelines are followed in all marketing activities

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare marketing preferred
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in the field and meet targets
  • Knowledge of hospital services, TPAs, and referral systems is an advantage.
